The Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund) website has been deactivated following its transfer of 80 % ownership to Ratchaburi Generating Holding Company (with the remaining 20% owned by Transfield Services Limited), effective 5 July 2011 and is now known as RATCH – Australia Corporation Limited (RACL). RACL’s website is currently under construction.
