Steve was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TSI Fund in April 2007.

Prior to joining TSI Fund, Steve was Chief Strategy Officer for Transfield Services, where he successfully expanded its skill base and geographic presence through acquisitions and new work with clients.

With more than 26 years experience in business development, project management and executive roles, Steve’s former roles include CEO of Transfield Construction and Yarra Trams.

He is also a director on the Board of the Clean Energy Council, the peak body for the the clean energy sector.

Steve was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TSI Fund in May 2009. He is responsible for the financial and commercial functions of TSI Fund, including financial management and reporting, treasury, funding and investor relations.

Steve has more than 18 years experience in a range of finance, administration and banking roles. Prior to commencing with TSI Fund, Steve spent 14 years in banking, most recently with Goldman Sachs JBWere.

Geoff Dutton

Geoff joined TSI Fund in March 2008 as General Manager, Assets. He is responsible for ensuring the power assets under the control of TSI Fund are managed, operated and maintained to industry best practice.

Geoff has extensive experience in energy, engineering and mining, having worked and consulted in six countries. He has held senior roles in energy companies during the past 12 years, including the roles of Vice President China Operations for Alliant Energy Group, USA and also for Sithe Energies, USA.
