Transfield Services Infrastructure Limited (ABN 31 106 617 332), TSI International Limited (ABN 68 124 582 547) and Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (ABN 70 118 203 731), as trustee of Transfield Services Infrastructure Trust (collectively TSI Fund) and Transfield Services Limited (ABN 69 000 484 417) (TSL) are each bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended (Privacy Act) and respect your right to privacy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
TSI Fund and TSL have contracted certain service providers to send the combined prospectus and product disclosure statement (Offer Document) to shareholders who are Australian residents in each State and Territory of Australia (or another jurisdiction as TSI Fund permits in particular cases), to process applications for stapled securities in TSI Fund, and to operate both a website and the TSI Fund Infoline in this regard. TSI Fund, TSL and these contracted service providers may collect information about you through this website (or a website linked to this website), from callers to the TSI Fund Infoline, from application forms returned to TSI Fund or its securities registry or from TSI Fund’s share register in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001. The contracts with the service providers include strict obligations with respect to the privacy, security and confidentiality of information processed.
The information collected may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and CHESS Holder Identification Number (HIN). If you do not provide the information requested of you, the Offer Document will not be able to be sent to you and your application may not be able to be processed efficiently, if at all.
If you provide personal information about another person as part of your application for an Offer Document or TSI Fund stapled securities, you must inform that person you have done so and provide them with a copy of this privacy notice.
USE AND DISCLOSURE
The information collected is to be used by the contracted service providers to send an Offer Document to you and to process applications for TSI Fund stapled securities.
The information will only be used or disclosed to other parties as required or allowed under the Privacy Act.

Under the Privacy Act, you may request access to your personal information held by (or on behalf of) TSI Fund, TSL or the TSI Fund’s securities registry. If you would like to access your information, you can do so by using the contact information below. You can also correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date.
